My major is to study the regulation of osteoblast and bone development using mouse genetic approaches and in vitro cell culture models. Currently, we are focusing on the role of primary cilia and polycystin-1 on osteoblast differentiation and bone mass. We are also investigating the differential function and regulation of Runx2 isoforms. |
