Associate Medical Director Kansas City Hospice & Palliative Care |
| Dr. Riseman is an associate medical director and began working at Kansas City Hospice & Palliative Care in July 2010. He practiced General Surgery in Illinois for 18 years prior to joining our staff. He completed his medical degree at the Southern Illinois University-School of Medicine in 1986, before his General Surgery residency at SIU-SOM, as well. He completed his Palliative Medicine fellowship in 2010 in Kansas City with Kansas City Hospice and Kansas University Medical School. He is board-certified in General Surgery and took the Hospice and Palliative Medicine boards in November 2010. Dr. Riseman has special interest in wound care and the care of lines and tubes. |
