Curriculum

  • Clinical responsibilities include service in the intensive care unit, telemetry ward and cardiovascular consultants
  • Continuity care outpatient clinic
  • Noninvasive cardiovascular laboratory
  • Electrophysiology laboratory
  • Invasive catheterization laboratory
  • Rotations for clinical cardiac electrophysiology
  • Individual research project
  • Peripheral vascular diseases
  • Congenital heart disease
  • Cardiothoracic surgery rotation
  • Pediatric Cardiology rotation

Fellowship Program

  • 3 positions per year, 9 cardiovascular fellows; total
  • 3 full-time staff at the University of Kansas Hospital
  • 23 full-time staff with Mid America Cardiology at the University of Kansas Hospital
  • 3 full-time staff at Kansas City Veterans' Hospital
