If you are taking more than one on-line course you will need to do a separate survey for each course. Also, you may have completed a survey during the previous semesters; however, we need you to do one for each on-line course you take. If for some reason you are not able to click on the url and go directly to the survey, try copying and pasting the url or typing it in to the "location". This information is important to our evaluation process. We value your input in this important benchmarking project. Please do not confuse this survey with the regular course and faculty evaluations.
