Minor manifestations
- Clinical: Previous RF or RHD, Polyarthralgia, fever
- Lab: Elevated ESR, C-reactive protein; Leukocytosis; Prolonged PR interval (EKG)
Diagnosis requires also requires supporting evidence of preceding strep infection
