INFLUENZA: CLINICAL MANAGEMENT

• Supportive

  • Bedrest, increased fluids, Tylenol

• Robitussin DM

• Consider Antiviral

  • Amantadine 100 mg bid x 4 - 7d , IF within 48 hr of onset. Also Rimantidine. May decrease s/s by 50%
