Acetominophen - fever, discomfort
Decongestants - use sparingly in children, avoid in infants < 6 months
Antihistamines not helpful in children
Antibiotics have no role in routine, uncomplicated colds
Zinc lozenges, Vitamin C (?), Chicken soup
