  • Upper Airway -- Sonorous rhonchi
  • Middle Airway -- Stridor (squeaky door) -- Larynx, upper trachea
  • Lower Airway -- Rales (wet, cracking/popping) and expiratory wheezing (sybillant rhonchi)
