Grave’s Disease
Specific Clinical Manifestations
- Infiltrative ophthalmopathy (20 - 40%)
- most chemosis, conjunctivitis, mild proptosis
- 5 - 10% severe lymphocytic infiltration of eye muscle producing exophthalmos/diplopia
- Severity of eye disease not r/t severity of disease
- Pretibial Myxedema (3%) (orange peel)
- Acropachy (clubbing, swelling of fingers)
