| Every
currently enrolled student at KU is assigned an e-mail account. Use your KUMC GroupWise
e-mail account for all e-mail related course work. Other e-mail programs installed on your
machine may not be compatible.
To use your e-mail account, go to http://webmail.kumc.edu (using Netscape) and click on the GroupWise 5.5 Student button. Type in (lower case) your user ID, which typically (but not always) is the first letter of your first name and your last name. Your password is your student ID number. You may change your password but need to remember it for future use. If for some reason you forget your password or encounter other problems, you may call the Customer Support at 913-588-7995. They will reset your password to your student ID number.
