This 20 year old male presented with type one pulmonary valve atresia after right ventricle to pulmonary artery conduit and Waterston-Cooley shunt. The stethescope diaphram is at the left upper sternal border first, then is moved to right upper sternal border, and finally back to left upper sternal border.

Listen carefully and look at the visual representation of the recorded sound.
