Scheduling AV Equipment

A list of Centrally Scheduled Rooms may be found here.

A list of available equipment may be found here.

  1. Gather information required by Scheduling Agent:
    • Your name, department and extension
    • Date and start/end times for equipment use 
    • Location of event*
    • Account number for billing
    • AV Equipment required (e.g. Computer, 35mm Slide 
      projector, etc
      )  If you are not sure, please ask.
  2. Call Ext. 8-7326 to schedule the equipment
  3. If the equipment requested is not available, the Scheduling Agent will work with you to find other options or time of availability.
  4. Instructional Services will deliver and set up the requested equipment prior to your event start time.

24 hours notice is needed for all equipment reservations. No last minute requests, please.

*(EVENT LOCATION: Delivery to Kirmayer Fitness Center or Briedenthal may be compromised due to inclement weather. Instructional Services cannot deliver equipment to Building 48 or the Support Services Facility.)

Keeping AV Equipment Overnight/Multiple days

Equipment will not be left in unsecured rooms or public areas overnight or throughout the weekend. If you need equipment during these times the Scheduling Agent will adjust the delivery address to a nearby secured area for storage and retrieval.

Off Campus AV Equipment Policy: Classroom, auditorium, and delivered equipment maintained by Instructional Services may not be taken off of the KUMC campus.
