Stellent IBPM Installation Instructions

To install the IBPM software from Stellent double click on the executable IBPMStartUp.exe.

You will need to close all other software. The installation of the software may require your PC be restarted.

You can find the startup at \\malta\startup (non-IE browsers, copy \\malta\startup and paste into file location.

The software will auto-install.

Enter your network ID and password. Hospital users must enter KUHA\ in front of their hosptial userid.

We recommend that you click on the details button while installing the software to track what is happening.

Common Installation Problems

"there were errors during the update process"
Click on continue and look in the details window to view error.

Invalid user ID or password
If the user is getting a invalid user ID or password remember that the password is case sensitive.

User is logged in but there is nothing there
If the user is in the Unlocked gallery they will get a gray screen. They need to go to the View menu and select the Search Form.

User can not print
In the print dialog box select a printer from the drop down box and click on the set as default button.
