Document Management
The System
Information Resources, Office of Administrative Systems maintains a Document
Management System. The vendor providing this software is Oracle (formerly Optika then Stellent), with a release called
Imaging and Process Management (I/PM).

We will upgrade the Stellent IBPM system on May 17th. The most apparent change
to the software will be the name change.
Stellent is now Oracle and IBPM becomes I/PM (Imaging and Process Management)
Most user problems can be fixed by running the new startup.exe on the users PC.
You can find this under Start / Programs / Stellent / IBPM / IBPM Startup. For users experiencing problems this should be the first thing done.
