Training offers employees the opportunities to learn, develop and practice new skills that will enhance their productivity and performance. Beginning with New Employee Orientation, we welcome new employees, provide an overview of KUMC’s history, vision and mission, and summarize key polices and procedures. We also conduct classes for supervisors and employees in leadership, performance, interviewing, disciplinary action, customer service, and the online employment process. Listening to our customers, we “take the show on the road” developing and facilitating programs tailored for individual departments. In addition, we are always available to individual supervisors for meetings to review procedures and guidelines pertaining to their leadership roles.
