NDNQI had a Siete de Mayo party & pot luck luncheon on Wednesday at
11:30 a.m. in suite 212 of the Support Services Building. In addition to
bringing a Tex-Mex dish, employees wore Mexican fiesta colors. The prize
awarded to the best dressed was Marcia Wrona, who won a Mexican music cd.
Employees each anonomously submitted a little-known fact about themselves
and a list was compiled. At lunch time, everyone received a copy of this list
and there was a contest to see who correctly matched the most facts with the
right person. The first winner was Angela Christopher for correctly guessing the most 'fun facts'
about co-workers. She won a 'work-from-home' day. The second winner for the 'fun facts' contest
went to Donald Kelly. He won his choice of a movie to be shown at our next potluck luncheon.
Employees also brought non-perishable Mexican food items that they took to the food bank.
