KUMC 2008 Employee Appreciation Department Celebration Week

We are participating in the KMCRI Employee Appreciation Reception that Dr. Jensen
is sponsoring. We also have a number of ongoing activities that we conduct on our own.
We are providing thank you notes/food, and we are planning a "recognition ceremony" and
a dinner for our staff the first week of June when our off-site folks will be here.
We never need a reason to provide food and fun at work though, and we do that on a regular basis!
We are also working on a Staff Satisfaction Survey to assist us in better identifying how
to continually improve morale and satisfaction.
