The Continuing Education department celebrated employee appreciation week by having a luau. We dressed up in our Hawaiian shirts and brought out the palm trees and pineapple (as well as other luau-themed foods). When considering what to do to show appreciation for each other, we decided that taking a break from daunting daily tasks would be best; and since we couldn't fly everyone to the islands, we decided to bring the islands to 2nd floor Student Center.
