Our 2006 Employee Appreciation Committee was the best one yet! Their hard work and dedication in the months leading up Employee Appreciation Week proved to pay off. The entire week was a huge success thanks to them. Each member received a Jaystar Award because of the extra effort they put forth to make the week that much more special.
If you are interested in becoming a Committee member for our 2007 Employee Appreciation Week, please contact Carolyn Darby at 588-5099. The Committee meets once a month in the six months leading up to our week, usually during the lunch hour from 12-1 pm (lunch is provided). Committee members are the Human Resource Departments' liaison to Departments here at the Medical Center. In the months leading up to our Employee Appreciation Week, the Committee meets to brainstorm new ideas and finalize all the festivities for the week. Finally, during the week of Appreciation, the Committee members donate their time to each of the events.
