Jury Duty

K.A.R. 1-9-8

If summoned for jury duty, leave with pay is granted. This leave is paid at full salary. Employees may be requested to provide documentation to their supervisor of the necessity to appear for Jury Duty. Employees are responsible for keeping their supervisor informed of their status on a daily basis.
