Before your job interview, try to think of questions the interviewer will ask, and have prepared answers.
This question allows the candidate free-form expression. It's your chance to talk about yourself so don't waste time on your family or recent medical emergencies. Keep your conversation short and simple but informative. Focus on a work project you enjoyed or a hobby you participate in on the weekends.
This is the last chance to sell yourself, so show initiative. Brag, just don't go overboard. Use this time to highlight your strengths--dependability, organization and responsibility, among others. Don't forget to talk about what you can do for KUMC because that's what we want to hear.
Be realistic and honest. Don't tell the hiring interviewer that you plan to be the manager unless you really mean it. At the same time, don't tell the interviewer that your long-range plans involved becoming an envelope worker, as if that job was your life-long goal.
