CareEntrust, a Kansas City based organization that assists consumers in the coordination of their health information, provides an opportunity for State Employee Health Plan members living in the Kansas City Region to become more engaged in their health management. A CareEntrust Health Record collects and organizes health care visit information, including medication data and lab data from screenings (when available), and consumer entered information and documents, to create a secure repository for much of what a health care provider needs to know in order to effectively treat their patients.

Best of all, it's online and secure - so it's always accessible only to those who need the information. With a computer and a high-speed Internet connection, physicians you authorize may log on to the CareEntrust Health Record and get the vital information they need at the point of care.
