Free Health Screening for 2009 will be in Stoland Lounge on July 2, July 30, and August 12. Please make your appointment by phone (1-888-275-1205) or online. No walk-ins will be accepted this year. Those who complete the screening and fill out an online assessment form may receive a $50 gift card. The gift card is taxable.
