About Customer Support
The IR Customer Support phone, 913-588-7995 is answered 24 hours
a day, 7 days a week to assist with computer hardware, computer software,
networking, and phone related problems. You may also request assistance
from our technical support staff by loggin in and submitting a Help
Request ticket on the Customer Self-Service site.
An IR Technical Support Specialist is available to answer your call Monday-Friday from 7:00 am through 9:00 pm.
Calls between 9:00 pm and 7:00 am will be answered by the Computer Room
personnel. They will either resolve your problem or page the appropriate
on-call technician.
You may also contact us 24 hours a day by sending an e-mail to us
via email to customersupport@kumc.edu
and we will answer your e-mail during our normal working hours. (If
you don't have mail services set up in your browser, go to the WebAccess
web site (webmail.kumc.edu)
and send a message from your GroupWise e-mail account.)
