Planting the SEEDS of Technology

Through the Academic Business Partnership between University of Kansas and Cerner Corporation we are currently using Cerner's Electronic Health Record (EHR) in our curricula to plant the SEEDS of technology. This Simulated E-hEalth Delivery System (SEEDS) is used throughout the School of Nursing, School of Medicine, and School of Allied Health to transform health professionals' education with health information technology.

We have also extended partnerships to other schools and are hosting them in our domain so they may also include EHRs in their curricula. This site provides training manuals, FAQs for assistance with usage issues, and other useful materials.
