The Greater Louisville e-Health survey 2007 report presents how community engagement contributed to the success of the research study. The objective of the study was to gain a level of understanding about stakeholder and consumer interests, perceived benefits, issues, and payment interests related to participating in a community-wide Health Record Bank. In the surveys they collected data both before and after education. Physician offices were a channel to getting consumer participation in the study.
