Disaster Deferment On-Line Form

Because I live in one of the 10 Kansas counties hit by natural disasters this spring and summer, I request a deferment of my tuition and fees for the fall 2007 semester until November 15. I understand: no late payment fees will be assessed prior to November 16; before enrolling for the spring 2008 term, all tuition and fees for the fall 2007 term and any other charges must be paid.
