PeopleSoft Registration Instructions

Note:   After you submit your registration you will receive a confirmation in the form of a GroupWise appointment.  This appointment will have information about the location of the class as well as other items you may need for class.  Please read it carefully.  When you accept the appointment, it will be placed on your GroupWise calendar for future reference.

Current PeopleSoft Users - read this

 

If you are a current PeopleSoft user, this means you have a Logon ID and password for either Financials or HR. Click on the Current PeopleSoft User button below.  You will be taken directly to the Registration page.

 

If you are not a current PeopleSoft user, but have completed the PeopleSoft Fundamentals simulation, you may use the Current PeopleSoft User button to complete a registration.

 

If you are an infrequent or occasional PeopleSoft user and would like to review the PeopleSoft Financials Fundamentals please feel free to click on the Take PeopleSoft Fundamentals button below.

 

Registering for Another Person- read this

 

If you are registering for a PeopleSoft training class for another person please click on the button below.

 

Not a Current PeopleSoft Financials User - read this

If you have already completed the PeopleSoft Fundamentals simulation when registering for a class, you are not required to complete it again.  You may use the  “Current PeopleSoft User” button above.

If you have not already completed the PeopleSoft Financials Fundamentals simulation, you are required to take it before you register for any of our Financials classes.  You are not required to complete it if you are registering for Timekeeping Training.

The PeopleSoft Financials fundamentals simulation will introduce you to some basic concepts that you will need to know to utilize PeopleSoft Financials effectively.  Please click on the Take PeopleSoft Fundamentals button below.  Once you complete the simulation you will be taken to the class registration page.
