Ron Mace, MD

Clinical Assistant Professor

Dr. Mace is a native Kansas who grew up and was trained in Oklahoma. He returned to Kansas in 1975 and has practiced in Junction City ever since. Dr. Mace has a strong interest in training and retaining family physicians in rural Kansas communities. He was involved in the KU preceptor program for 20 years, which led to his effort in the develop-ment of the rural track in Junction City.

Dr. Mace is married to Andrea and has a physician daughter, Rhonda (who is associated with his practice) and has beautiful twin granddaughters. His interests include spending time with his granddaughters, trap shooting, and water sports.
