Biography

Awards and Honors
I consider my major achievement participating with an outstanding group of associates in the General Counsel’s office in representing the University of Kansas and the University of Kansas Medical Center for twenty years. I was also fortunate to serve with General Counsel Michael Davis for four years prior to being appointed General Counsel when Mr. Davis left the office to become Dean of the Law School at KU.

I enjoyed participating in various civic and charitable organizations in Lawrence, Kansas, including serving for seven years on the Lawrence-Douglas County Planning Commission. I served as Chair of the Commission during some of those years.
