• Light Microscopy (bright-field, phase and dark-field)
• Chromophore immunoflourescence microscopy
• Photo microscopy

Equipment

• Olympus 1X71 inverted microscope using magnifications of 2X, 4X, 10X, 20X, 40X and 60X
• QImaging Retiga 4000R digital camera driven by QCapture Pro 5.1 image capture software

• Adobe Photoshop CS, Adobe Illustrator CS, Adobe GoLive CS, Adobe InDeisgn CS2, Flash MX 2004, Rhino 2.0
• Gel-Pro 4.5 for Dot-blot, immunoblot (northern and southern) and Gel band analysis
