All presenters will be required to use Microsoft PowerPoint for their presentations. Use of PowerPoint will ensure optimal presentation and an easy format for the speaker while providing attendees the excellence in quality at our symposium.
Presenters will not be allowed to use their own computers for presentations. One main computer will be in the Town Hall presentation room. All presentations will be loaded onto this main unit. Presentations must be turned in to the AV aide prior to the start of each morning sessions. The AV aide will then load the presentations for the speakers.
All presentations MUST be on one of the following media:
- Floppy Disk
- CD-ROM
- Zip Disk
- Flash Drive
The presentation should be PC compatible. Macintosh files will have to be converted and then proofed by the presenter.
This equipment is available at the Kauffman Center.
