ENTRY FORM. The Entry Form is an Adobe PDF file and requires the use of the Adobe Acrobat Reader (free download).

Each photo must include at least one person, age 60 or older.

Prints must be 8" x 10", on photo quality paper. Mount on matboard same size as photo.

Prints must be of high quality and high resolution on photo quality paper. No cellular phone images.

Poor quality photos or photos that do not meet the above guidelines will not be considered in the contest.

A maximum of three prints (color or black and white) per photographer may be submitted.

Fill out the Entry Form.

Photographers must attach a completed entry form to each photo submitted. Photos lacking a completed entry form will not be considered. (You may copy the form.)

Contest is open to amateur and professional photographers residing anywhere in the state of Kansas or Missouri counties: Jackson, Platte, Cass, or Clay. University of Kansas Medical Center employees and spouses are not eligible.

No entry fee.

Deadline: All photos must be received by February 23 of each year, and must be the original work of the person submitting it.

Photos will not be returned.

The Landon Center on Aging reserves the right to display winning and non-winning photos.

Winning photos will be posted on the Landon Center on Aging website.

Landon Center on Aging reserves the right to use winning and non-winning photos in any way related to the publicity or teaching programs of the University of Kansas for internal and external use at no cost.

A panel of judges selected by the Landon Center on Aging will determine winners.
