The Center on Aging sponsors a photo contest, each year, open to professionals and amateurs alike to bring attention to the many faces of older adults. Photographers in Kansas and the following Missouri counties: Jackson, Platte, Cass, and Clay are eligible to send in entries. The winning photos are selected by a panel of judges.
Theme for the 2008 photo contest is Working Past Retirement, (i.e. cleaning garage, giving piano lessons, second career, playing, teaching, working on hobbies, writing, painting, etc.)
