Kansas Claude D. Pepper Older Americans Independence Center (1998-2003)

The Kansas Claude D. Pepper Older Americans Independence Center will be a community-based partnership striving to improve the care and quality of life for stroke survivors and their families. Its focus will be on stroke rehabilitation research.

The five-year grant from the National Institute on Aging is offered to centers of excellence in aging research.
