Other information: One big bedroom is available for rent from November 1. The size of that room is approximately 15 feet by 12 feet, plus a spacious closet. After you move in, you will be sharing all other common spaces with us (two big living rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom) . You will be sharing the apartment with two other guys, both are UMKC students.
We have our own washer and dryer in the basement (unlimited free laundry!) The apartment is featured with off street parking.
On top of the $295 rent, the only utility is electric, normally runs around $10 (during summer time, it can go up to $30)
A quiet roommate or student is strongly preferred.
