Details: I am a 30 year old civil engineer who is looking for a roommate who could move in a.s.a.p or by January 1, 2010 at latest and would want to stay for 9 to 12 months. I need someone to help watch my cat and house since I will be out of town for work during a significant portion of the next year. The house is nicely furnished in the living room, dining room, and has a large fenced-in back yard.
Details of the arrangement:
- 3 bedroom, 1 ½ bath, 1200 s.f. Ranch style house
Requirements for roommate:
- Must be able to be in the Kansas City area the majority of the time Monday thru Friday so that they will be around to take care of the cat when I am out of town for work
-preferably between the age of 23 and 35
-can be male or female
-No other pets
Room amenities:
-Currently furnished with queen-sized bed, desk, chair, and bedside stand but I can put these in the basement if you have your own furniture
Home Amenities:
-Washer/ Dryer in unfinished basement
-Dishwasher
-Water and cable included
-Internet & phone not included
