Scholar/Mentor Purchase/Travel Authorization Form

Prior authorization from Tina Darrow is required to submit an item for purchase or reimbursement. For questions regarding approval her at tdarrow@kumc.edu 8-5970.

It is the purchaser's responsibility to use funds prior to the fiscal year end. Funds not used will be returned to the Biomedical Research Training Program. Funds not used by students and postdocs who leave the program prior to the fiscal year end will also be returned to the Biomedical Research Training Program.
