Research Travel Award
A limited number of travel scholarships for graduate students who are accepted to present at a regional or national scientific
meeting are competitively awarded four times a year. These awards may be a maximum of $550. Deadline: The
first working day of the following months: January, April, July and October.
Completed applications should be submitted to the Office of Graduate Studies, 5015 Wescoe,

Student Union Corporation Travel Award
A limited number of travel scholarships for graduate students to attend conferences and professional meetings
are competitively awarded four times a year. Unlike the Research Travel Award described above, students need not be
presenting at these meetings in order to receive funds. These awards may be a maximum of $400.
Deadline: The
first working day of the following months: February, May, August and November. Funds for these awards are made
available by the generous support of the Student Union Corporation.
