This is a helpful resource for departments when submitting a do-all for the master's thesis or non-thesis exam or the doctoral comprehensive and oral exams.

Survey of Earned Doctorates
All doctoral students must complete this survey and submit to Graduate Studies the semester they graduate. This survey is conducted by a consortium of several federal agencies in order to track the productivity and quality of graduate and professional training in the United States. Detailed information about this survey may be found on the NORC at the University of Chicago website.

KU Doctoral Exit Survey
This survey is currently under revision and not available. All doctoral students are requested to complete this on-line survey the semester they graduate. This survey is an assessment of the effectiveness of the graduating student's doctoral program and is conducted by and for The Office of Research & Graduate Studies (housed on the Lawrence campus.)
